Any information you provide will be held for our own use only and not knowingly disclosed to any third party in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 unless we are required by law to do so.

Our website is SSL protected meaning that when you contact us through the website, all your details are encrypted before being transmitted to us. All credit and debit card transactions are processed through PayPal and we do not have access to your payment details.

ETRA is committed to processing data in accordance with its responsibilities under the Data Protection Act 2018.
ETRA holds the following data where provided by the member(s): E Mail address, Phone Number, Name and house or flat address. Where provided by the member these have been stored, where not provided they are stored as a blank field.
This data is solely used for ETRA business and is not transferred to any third party.

measures required by the GDPR in order to safeguard the rights and freedoms of
individuals; and - processed in a manner that ensures appropriate security of the personal data, including
protection against unauthorised or unlawful processing and against accidental loss,
destruction or damage, using appropriate technical or organisational measures
